The Denny Convenience Foods sector has been investing much into product development and expanding their product range to offer versatile and great tasting convenience food ranges. Their latest offering, Denny Simmer Sauces, creates an aromatic journey of the senses with every meal, bringing cultural tastes from each corner of the globe to the dinner table. It is the first product of its kind in the South African convenience foods category, rounding off a variety of dishes in only three minutes, without compromising homemade flavour and goodness.
Denny’s new range of Simmer Sauces includes five delectable variants:
-
Fruity Creole is a sweet blend of tropical pineapple and ripe apricot complemented with a twist of lemon.
-
African Fusion is an African style sauce with apricots, chickpeas and lentils, seasoned with a fusion of spices.
-
Indian Korma is a mild, creamy, flavourful korma made with coconut and ginger.
-
Thai Green Curry is fragrantly spiced with mild Chilli, flavoured with lemon grass and lime and softened with velvety coconut milk.
-
Spicy Mexican Salsa is a blend of sun-ripened tomatoes, onions and red and green peppers seasoned with authentic spices.
Simply stir-fry meat, poultry, fish or vegetables and add Denny Simmer Sauce to the pan. Leave to simmer for three minutes and serve immediately. The range is a healthy alternative to fast and ready-made foods, as they contain no added MSG and no preservatives, artificial colourants or flavourants.
Denny Simmer Sauces are available in a 350g easy-open pouch. The packaging was designed by Impact Design and contains delicious on-pack recipes and serving suggestions. The case configuration is 12 units per case and will retail at all leading supermarkets for approximately R14.99 each.
